Condolence: I am very sad to learn of Merrill's passing. He was a very important mentor to me from the very beginning of my career. He was my student adviser in dental school, and my Dean when I joined the faculty at UK. He was also very instrumental in developing our Orofacial Pain Clinic at the University. He positively touched many lives, in many ways. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Helen and all your family members.
