To me, my cousin Steven was a kind, quiet, easy-going and happy man with a witty sense of humor. These are qualities I admire and he reminded me of my father, his Uncle Franklin. May he be welcomed to heaven in eternal glory and light. May all who love him be comforted in God's grace and peace.🙏
